Social Media Rules and Guidelines

We ask all of our members and friends on all of our platforms to please
adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Code of conduct and Prohibited Conduct policies:
By continuing to participate, you agree to be upheld by the ACB Next
Generation Code of Conduct and Prohibited Conduct policies located at
http://www.acbnextgeneration.org/code-of-conduct/
and these guidelines.

2. Be Kind and Courteous
ACB Next Generation strives to create a safe, respectful, and welcoming
environment. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required and
members should be respectful.

3. Hate Speech, Harassment,  or Bullying will not be tolerated
Bullying of any kind is not  allowed, and all degrading comments will
not be tolerated.  Harassment or hate speech is not tolerated. Do not
use foul or offensive language.

4. No politics or proselytizing:
No off-topic political discussions or proselytizing: Members are welcome
to ask for good vibes or prayers.

5. No Promotions or Spam
Although fundraisers, and events  for ACB or its affiliated
organizations may be shared, no personal, direct, or third-party sales
not related or belonging to ACB, or to ACB Next Generation members are
permitted.

6. Report Violations
Report any rule breaking posts or comments to the admins for review.
Please do not report violations through private messages.

7. No Personal Information
Please do not share your personal information, or any other individuals
personal information without consent including contact info.

8. Zoom Links
When promoting a Zoom hosted event, do not provide the Zoom link within
the main post on Facebook. Zoom links are to be shared within the
comment section to prevent any and all Zoom bombing

9. Purpose of E-mail Lists:
All members and non-members are welcome to join both the main list and
discuss list. The main list is used for posting information and general
inquiries involving ACB Next Generation or ACB Affiliates. The discuss
list is used for free form discussion. You can optionally join the
discuss list by sending a blank e-mail to
discuss+subscribe@acbnextgeneration.groups.io

10. No Changing Settings:
In Facebook Messenger, Do not change your display name, the displayed
theme, or emoji.  This is so we can ensure that everyone know who is
speaking, the content remains in a high contrast, and settings are
consistent.

11. Clubhouse Moderators:
All ACB Next Generation Members are invited to create rooms in
Clubhouse.  We ask that only NextGen members serve as moderators of the
club.  Members are shown as leaders in the club.  We also ask that there
be at least two moderators at all times if someone loses internet
connection, and that if there is not at least two moderators for five
minutes, that you please close the room.

12. If you’re in crisis call 911 or the National Suicide Lifeline at 988.

Follow Group Guidelines
Group moderators will warn, suspend, or take any other action necessary,
up to and including removal of posts or individuals, to ensure these
guidelines are upheld.

Clubhouse Members and Moderator Rules

Guidelines for Clubhouse Moderators

All Moderators of rooms through the ACB Next Gen Club must be ACB Next Generation members.

There should be at least 2 Moderators in the room at all times in case someone drops.

If there are less than two Moderators fro more than 5 minutes, the room must be closed.

Moderators have discretion to resolve any issues in the room and to end the room at any time.

If a Moderator feels that there is a violation to the Clubhouse rules or the ACB Next Generation Code of Conduct that needs to be reported, they should report it to Clubhouse or to  ACB Next Generation at acbnextgen@gmail.com
